Pomegranate Chutney

Create a vibrant pomegranate chutney bursting with sweet and tangy flavours. This quick recipe is the perfect condiment for kebabs, lamb chops, and other delicious starters.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 5 tbsp heaped, of natural yoghurt
  • 4 tsp of powdered pomegranate seeds (anardana) you can also use dried pomegranate seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chilli optional
  • fresh pomegranate seeds, for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except the fresh pomegranate seeds into a food processor and blitz until you have a smooth consistency.

  • Scrape out the chutney from food processor into serving dish and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and serve.

Notes

If the chutney is a bit too thick for your liking, add a couple of tablespoons of water and blitz further.
