Mango Lassi

A sweet creamy refreshing drink, with that tropical taste

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml Mango Pulp I use tinned mango pulp
  • 500 ml Natural Yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients (except ice cubes) into a food processor and blitz
    Mango lassi ready to blitz
  • Pour into a jug and add ice. Then serve!

Notes

You can add more milk if you prefer your lassi to be a runnier consistency, just taste for sweetness and add more sugar if required.
